I'm wondering how drupal will use alfresco... I mean oes it download copy to work on it once, or everytime the file is updated...

currently we use drupal to front end an alfresco repo, and purely pull the content in, as its a link we get the last version at the time the link is clicked, but this is more for serving the secured docs, rather than get involved in the lifecycle of the edits on the document, looks like the php cmis stuff needs work although looks like its getting some attention
