I'm thinking of adding a "puppet node deactivate" action through MCollective

would it be better to add it to https://github.com/puppetlabs/mcollective-puppe... or make a new agent/application for that?

kind of a CA action though, should probably be some CA agent

or a way to filter nodes thats CAs

raphink: did you happen to take a look at the module based plugin packaging i am working on?

well node deactivate contacts the puppetdb mostly

and needs to be ran from a host that has puppetdb-termini

right yes was confusing it with cert clean etc, a master specific agent i guess
