Hi, im getting incomplete lists of hosts when using mco ping and other commands, using mcollective-2.8.1-1.el6.noarch and activemq-5.9.1-2.el6.noarch

are there known issues with these versions?

fubada: a few thoughts, check you middleware logs and the logs of your non-responsive servers, it may be that they aren’t responding in an appropriate timeframe

consider either batching or increasing the timeout

first verify that basic connectivity works when targeting just the one server that isn’t responding before worrying about the entire collective

it could easily also be a security validation thing since you’re using ssl on your middleware

I’ve chased those kinds of errors around for a week or two lately
