i have a problem on kibana with field search starting with wildcard "*"

does it works for you ?

finaly anyway where i put a wildcard, it just don't works

no ones ? i'm the only one who can't perform wildcard searches ?

don't use quotes...

just use word you are looking for...like in kibana3 "type:sys" without the quotes in the query line would find any log files with "sys" in their type name

does anyone know of a working kibana rpm file, so that the kibana puppet module dosen't fall flat on its face ?
