<zilog> why can't I fetch highlights through the API (authenticated)?

<zilog> only "public" annotations are returned when requesting all annotations by url

<zilog> it's a bit odd given that they are all perfectly visible in the hypothesis stream for my username (as long as I'm logged in)

<zilog> is there any way to get private annotations through the API?
