I installed reagent-svg-demo, cd'ed in to it, and did boot dev and it said nREPL server started on port 54310 on host 127.0.0.1 - nrepl://127.0.0.1:54310. How do I access that, or can I?

sure, just do `boot repl --client` in another shell

or you can connect via cider in emacs or vim-fireplace in vim

well it's possible, i mean it does open that port

but ssh seems like a better solution for that

i don't know about the reagent demo, but the repl task does take a --bind argument

that will let you have the repl listen on 0.0.0.0 if you want

kevinfish: you can also connect to a repl server on another host like this

boot repl --client --host 123.4.5.6 --port 7789

that starts a repl client that will connect to nrepl://123.4.5.6:7789

one approach is to make a socket server that relays i/o to the repl that's running in a background thread

so it doesn't block the boot pipeline
