Try using the release version instead.

when trying swaks or telnet to this server, all works normal. So seems somehow Haraka doesn't noticed the message is ready

Inferno - that's correct. It's not getting the EOM event for some reason. I've had a brief look and I can't immediately see why, but I'm currently fighting a huge ClamAV fire at the moment, so I don't have time to look further.
