aut: I had intended from a single interceptor; the one that cares about exceptions.

aut: Note that in v0.15.0 grpc-java will do a better job of relaying exceptions back to onClose() (https://github.com/grpc/grpc-java/pull/1979)

(Before there was a bug/race where successful call completion (OK) would occur before the exception from the application was noticed and that exception would be ignored)

is it possible for old clients to have a slowdown on service quesries when proto file has changed?

nvm, seems like it's a network problem

using nodejs grpc client, and I keep getting `'is not a field': undefined` from protobuf.js on an embedded Message object

anybody run across this before?
