Hitting a pipeline hang on gocd, wondering if anyone would be able to help?

I'm seeing a hung build pipeline with the following log message:

Skipping update of material GitMaterial {url=<url>, branch='master', submoduleFolder='null'} which has been in-progress since Thu Jan 07 12:37:47 MST 2016

I've restarted the server and cancelled any visibly running builds with no change

The one git issue I found: https://github.com/gocd/gocd/issues/1535 suggest a disk space issue

However I have plenty of disk available 90%+

I'd love to be able to cancel this build, but can't find the origin of it...

I've replied on the ticket (https://github.com/gocd/gocd/issues/1772). I might not be able to help you right now, but it's what the others would ask. So, when someone else sees it, they might have some info to help.
