how do i communicate between Go agent and destination server

what exactly do you mean by that?

Iam infra engineer, we working on the go deployment server - as per my understanding go has go server & go agent. my question is how will go agent communication with destination server (windows app server), on what port or do we need to install any 3rd party toools like plink
