i'm a complete noob, how do i get started with flocking

in terms of an index.html and a .js file, if it works offline ?

i get a fluid error when trying out the second example in Getting Started with Flocking

it says

Error: Assertion failure - check console for more details: Badly-formed compact expander record without parentheses: flock.init
