i had someone buy 2 1tb fiber channel hard drives , and force a return.. he wanted an exchange and i tried to work with him , i was given 3 days to respond so i msged to give support as i know all my shit works... and this guy is trying to return his faulty drive , the order 2 and claim defective and return your broken shit scam... im pissed.. i called ebay in the 3 days i had to respond they said i would win if the buyer was unresponsive.. ya well ,

The hardware has serial numbers on it. If you let him return it and video opening your package, you can prove he returned a different serial number from the one you sent.
At that point, you could probably win the case at ebay/PayPal, but if not, you have other legal options. If you simply refuse to cooperate due to distrust, it's much more difficult for a 3rd party to rule in your favor.
