mischief: you probably need to add the `daemon` build tag

cpuguy83: we do not want to build a new docker daemon.

we wish to run tests against the docker daemon we have in coreos..

so i assumed from the docs DOCKER_CLIENTONLY=1 was the way to do that

I think no DOCKER_CLIENTONLY, also `make test-unit test-integration-cli` ought to work.

we have no make.
