any reason we don’t want the tempdir stuff in a pkg? Then it can be reused

was just checking, I thought I used it in a PR of mine....

maybe not - thought I did. oh well :-)

i moved it there because was only used there and it was reading env variable DOCKER_TEMP

guess we can pull it back out if we ever do use it more than once - never mind

i supposed docker specific thing shouldn't go in pkgs

well, if its just used once then its no biggie - I, mistakenly, thought it was more - so don’t worry about it
