But I want to know how I could make it so that flavors need to be unique within the store

So there could be identical flavors solong as they're in seperate stores

Should I just verify there's not a duplicate on form validation?

Or does it make more sense to do it on the model level

unique_together

on (store, flavor)

So you mean like this, right?

as you'd see in the docs, unique_together goes in the class Meta

well, at least you went to the docs :)

isnt called add_error() from a clean method in a form, supposed to add errors to form.errors(). I am calling add_error but somehow the form is always valid.. any ideas?
