hey, what is the typical $/hour for a django developer?

Too many variables.

for instance, I doubt wyoung gets paid what I do

coding in general since ~2002, before that I used PHP so that doesn't count :P

401k is optional, you have to pay into it

blackcross: in AU your employer must pay..I think it's 11% now? ... of your sallary into your superannuation fund

Basically I just need to do the equivalent of prefetching, and join them in memory, rather than a JOIN query

Yep, not idela, but when DB2 is a read-only instance from my vendor, the constraints rae a bit of out of my hands

Heh no that was a slip on my part :D my second database is MySQL, but it’s read only (and, on a wholly separate instance) meaning I can’t join to it

ummm so you have two databases? one you can write to the other you cannot?

I’ve got a router setup but I just had to trick the M2M field into using it

and I think by specifying a custom THrough model, with a FK the correct router

it seems to be happy!
