what does localize_fields in a ModelForm's meta mean? does it have to do with translations?
-
jkyle
oh, what's the default template parser? I thought jinja2 was the "out the box" rendering engine
-
nicholasserra has quit
-
anyway, I basically have a list of values that I want to use as keys in the template and it's unclear to me if it's even possible
-
schinckel
jkyle: No, it just uses a similar syntax
-

-
jkyle
schinckel: ah, ok. so my question isn't regarding jinja, but the default django template renderer

When using select_related and prefetch_related, is it possible to have the ORM cache the foreign keys on child models as well?

Is it possible, in a template, to determine if a field (or boundfield) is using a checkboxinput widget?

The attrs dict? Is that exposed?
-
FunkyBob
don't thinkso
-
mattmcc: yes
-

mattmcc: Yeah, but type isn't in that, it's only in final_attrs.
-
Which is a local variable in render
-
mattmcc
Right.
-
schinckel
Aha:
-
FunkyBob
field.field.widget.attrs
-

-

Well, if you're using a UUID, I'd use a pattern that only matches it.
-
NBhosting
i think the login or password reset url has something like thta, let me check
