Django 1.5 will still support Python 2.6, right? Debian Wheezy isn't releasing for a few months, and no backports of Python available.

L39 basically references a completely separate image not associated with the product model... I want to be able to select an image from the set of product images as the thumbnail...

would it be unheard of/a stupid idea to have two entries in your DATABASES pointing at the same db so that you can effectively have two different transactions/transaction behaviours at once?
