OK. Dat looked like a good way to sync teaching materials for Software Carpentry sessions, but the need to use a raw hash probably puts a dampener on that for now.

One thing annoying with GUIX (beside the packages definitions in Scheme) is that the hashing is done relative to /gnu, so you need to be root/admin to setup guix, otherwise you loose reproducibility of your tooling environment
