ogd: after implemting most of the remaining graph stuff in the plane i think we should name it 'merkle-dag' since it ended up being completely decoupled

ogd: and i'm calling the deduplicated paths just logs now to have less confusion

ogd: which i guess means we could just merge the new dag into hyperlog hehe

mafintosh: I'm down with that. Having both dat-core and dat in beta made it hard to know where things were supposed to go
