mafintosh: got some ideas from groundwater on our docker-run idea

mafintosh: 1. 'docker run' will implicitly pull if it needs to

2. our docker-run module should first check if boot2docker is running. if not it should print 'run boot2docker up'

(or something more friendly)

mafintosh: 3. when they run it and boot2docker is running we can spawn docker-run with the correct env vars

mafintosh: that way we reduce the amount of overall magic involved (e.g. we arent spawning boot2docker for them)
