its an awful hack i did to support single file torrents in when mounting

a single file torrent doesn't have a top level folder - so i just hackishly create one based on the of the torrent (the regex removes the extension)

you don't need to do that - its only a mounting issue

call .select() on all the files and wait for the `idle` event

and set path: process.cwd() in the constructor

someone will fix this, https://github.com/mafintosh/torrent-stream/iss... and we get the best of both non-streaming and streaming worlds :)

its piece selection strategy currently is too linear (even when its not streaming) but thats gonna be fixed soon
