ogd: currently using pre-gyp you only host the binary stuff on a remote url and keep the rest of the module on npm.

Yeah. But using this approach we need to send a PR to leveldown that uses our binary builds (or publish a leveldown-prebuilds than uses them)

but they have to fix other stuff first
