      • i am having several issues wit script execution
      • i have a function which spawn a particle effect
      • it works when i run the function from anywhere, but not when i put it ino an if statement
      • even though the statement works and runs other stuff inside it
      • Player:SendMessage("debug") is sent to the player, but the function tpeffect(Player) dows not work
      • when i run the function for instance after elseif Split[2] ~= nil then, it works fine

        You teleport the player the instant before right?

        Yes, I guess it's because the player is in some sort of intermediate state
      • If you put it before the teleport thing, it will spawn at the old position.
      • You probably should use a hook on move or something, check if teleported there (that's a flag) and then spawn the particle

      • so the effect will not spawn on every teleport

      • interestingly, my original approach of effect spawning workd well in my old plugin

      • check if effects are enabled -> teleport -> spawn effect
      • oooooooooooooooooohhhh ..... i just saw the particle effect trough textures

      • so it does spawn, but at wrong Z coords
      • weird, because it works fine before teleport
      • it spawn underground, under my NEW position, not old
      • wtf, i changed the coords of the teleport destionation and it works
      • now when i am thinking about this, should i have the particle effects implemented in this plugin, or should i make it as a separate plugin?

        i do not like matrix
      • well ,i do not like any of the clients, and i have tried every client ij was able to compile or run
      • riot on android drains the battery like crazy and feels pretty shitty
      • i still prefer irc
