Well pel, one thing would be the world generator

There is a sqear parts of world with private, and borders

I do not know, maybe it is plotme

Ie determining if it's a plot or a street in between..... You would probably take the abs value of the X and z coordinate separately, subtract a few to get a main street at the center and then use modulo with the size of the street+plot

I try to find it repository (it's popular mode of Minecraft), but nothing is there
