tycho what do you think of bringing RxCpp into the server? FRP is really nice

I think so, but I have no idea what others will think.

I've got about 5 PRs that need polishing at the moment, but I'll add it to my queue.

I sits behind a lot of threading stuf though.

Yes, but I had to fix a few things before I got there. MSVC 2012 doesn't support defaulted move constructors for example.
