so i went back to that store yesterday. and i talked to corporate people; also called local police and told them wat happened they didnt seem interested.
im just really paranoid that they will question that they gave me a counterfeit 20 back in change
im in enough trouble right now as it is
badon
Yeah.
krzx: That's one reason why I wouldn't have said anything, I would have just kept it.
Based on how you're talking, I assume you're American. The USA is a police state.
Their solution for everything is imprison this, waterboard that, and bomb everything else.
The imprisonment rate reached 1 in 3 in 1986. The government stopped collecting statistics after that because the result was very shocking. The imprisonment rate dramatically increased since then. At the time in 1986, the government concluded that some populations in the USA experience 80% imprisonment rates, and for the study area as a whole, imprisonment is normal for everyone to experience.
Oh, and the study only covered people age 18 to 30. It excluded the majority of the population that is outside those ranges.
In better news, the coins are hot and getting hotter!
krzx: Did you see the mammoth? That's an eye-popper.
krzx: Can you believe that think is die struck?
krzx
yes im american and u dont have to tell me about the law
ive been to prison twice
and jails over 50 times
badon
They had to strike it 29 to 30 times to get the design fully impressed into the BLOCK of brass. It looks like a cast sculpture, but it's not, it's a coined planchet like any other modern coin.
krzx: Wow, that's impressive even by American standards.
krzx
im out on bail/bond on 2 diff charges in 2 diff cities right now
badon
krzx: Are you age 18 to 30?
krzx
i am 31
badon
Oh, so your imprisonments wouldn't be counted in the statistics then.
krzx
what statistics
the last time i did time was in 2009
badon
the 1 in 3 imprisonment rate.
krzx
i got out from doing 2 years in 09 i havnt had any jailable convictions since then
badon
Some places in the USA have 1% or more of the male population on their pedophile sex kidnapper registries.
The pedophilia rate is actually something like 0.003%
krzx
oh yah theres a website for my state u can put in ur zip code or address and it will give you a map of all the sex offenders in a radious around you
badon
It's extraordinarily rare, but for some reason the USA is putting as many men on their registries as possible.
krzx
theres lots
well being a sex offender doesnt neccesarily mean your a pedophile here
badon
The population growth of the registries is much faster than the actual population growth, so extrapolated out, it's only a matter of time until everyone is on the kidnapper registries.
krzx: I know, but they still give the registries suggestion names like "sex kidnap registry".
krzx
put in the capthca and put 23601 as zip code
badon
They put people on there for anythnig they can think up, including things that have nothing to do with fucking children.
krzx
see how many there are
badon
I heard of a case where 17 year old kid got put on there because he wouldn't let his 16 year old friend out of his car until he paid for his marijuana or something like that. Bam, American pedophile statistic ticks up by one.
Crazy Americans, haha.
That one went to the supreme court of his state or province.
Might have been Canada, I can't remember.
Somewhere around there.
America does a lot of weird things. They're almost Japanese in their weirdness.
The coins are beautiful though.
Pre-feminism, at least. They started getting ugly after that.
Canada has never had attractive coinage.
Maybe it's because of the Queen on everythnig.
Canadians do love their coins though. IT's the biggest little country in the world.
I made a ton of money on Canadian coins. I bought some offered to me thinking they were worth only silver value. They were worth a lot more. It was a big surprise. I bought a modestly valuable collection for like $25.
Australia has gorgeous coins. The queen is all over everything too, but only on one side. Their lunars are world class.
I used to buy Canadian maple leafs in palladium when they were one of the few made in that metal. I made a ton of money on the Australian lunars too.
