asksol, with celery==3.1.11 and kombu==3.0.18 it works fine

celery==3.1.11 and kombu==3.0.19 fails

Since celery 3.1.12 requires 3.0.19 it fails too

s/3.0.19/kombu==3.0.19/

restart everything

get rid of the beat file and nothing changes
