#beets

Hello

I am having issues setting up beets in my ubuntu machine

i can't use the copyartifacts plugin with python2? https://ghostbin.com/paste/5vcdb

i just added parenthesis to a few print()s so its not squawking any more, but it also wasn't copying artifacts either... i'll have to go over my config.yaml plugin options i think.

i got more errors (unicode) but i see that these got fixed in the authors github. ok, so i guess i'm gonna git clone instead of pip install

that worked. all is awesome in the beets world again. everybody relax.

Catatronic: Some 3rd party plugins have not been updated yet. copyartifacts may well be one of them. :/ If you make it work, consider sending them a pull request with the changes.

they already fixed it. it is just that they haven't made a release since april or august and so haven't updated it in pypi

beets-copyartifacts used to run concurrently with `beet import` but now it seems to only copy stuff at the end -- which is kinda annoying if beets crashes

is beets still being developed?
