janeted: I think that import error is because you need to update the babelsubs repo and/or the integration repo

sorry, I think I forgot to say that

for babelsubs, the way I handle it is checkout the repo in the unisubs root directory as babelsubs-git or something like that

then ln -s babelsubs-git/babelsubs babelsubs

that puts the python package right at the root directory, so python will pick that one up over the system one

then you can do git pull to update the repo
