so maybe we aren't including the team when we query.

BUT I do have the same project in both our teams

right

so I should consider it a bug in the API then … and do nothing about it for now ...

In the meantime - I guess you can either have different project names (add a prefix for your internal team) or not try to delete projects.

I'll just leave them for now, that is - keep the code but do nothing about the error :)

it does not look like a sync issue,

I actually impersonated her account on staging because I was having a hard time finding the video

and did see where she had edited that video

actually maggie_s_ on the scrrenshot, the video is at 0:02 which matches the displayed subtitle, and the cursor is on 0:08

so maybe not the issue of first sub being stuck there

So it's the timeline itself, that's too far to the left

as the timeline 0:02 should be in the center of the view.

The cursor never moves

yes, i am confused, as the subtitle to be displayed on the video comes from the timeline, which should mean that video and timeline are "in sync"

but the cursor does not seem to be at the right place

right. Suppose she clicked on the video slider to reposition the video? I believe the timeline is redrawn only after you click Play?

you can make a similar screenshot by dragging the timeline but not release the button... not sure if that would help me find where the issue is

the time stamps are regular, but ref and working do not match

maybe the ref was imported, then some in working language were dleted?

probably started a new language - which has the lines prefillled

then I'm guessing she used the ESC key to delete the subs (what you just fixed)

because she reported that to me in the same email

i might have seen a similar error just now (the issue of sync)

I was getting a 403 eoor on the video

then whan i tried to play, is was completely out of sync

oh - so that's nutty

So maybe this error happens when there are some types of errors in the video playback/popcorn, that prevents some of our calls to complete

but that's all I have :(

that makes sense in that it's nearly impossible to reproduce
