"but you can query for all accounts"
      • what does this mean? is it less expensive than using the cdr api?
      • or does that just mean you can query all the accounts through the api...

cking_: there's no api to fetch all cdrs across all accounts, you have to do it per-account
      • but you can fetch all your sub-accounts first
      • and use that listing in a loop to query each account's cdrs
      • cking_
        gotcha. that's what i thought
      • thanks
      • working on a billing solution, is there a way to get the number of mobile activations for a period? i'm struggling to see how billing is done for this

        yo!
      • is there any tuning i should be concerned about (token buckets, etc?) when i want to run a script that spiders every account and scrapes CDRs for export, for the whole month
      • mc_
voxter: if you use the same auth token, then you may hit the rate limiter
      • voxter
        I would be yeah
      • mc_
should be easy enough to detect and sleep then retry
      • voxter
funny enough i had already implemented a fail -> sleep -> retry because i wasnt sure where it was coming from at first
      • but i also just expanded the crossbar max_bucket_tokens a bit, from 100 to 200

mc_: so i am still looking for the parking issue but couldn't reproduce it, so will hope it shows up in future but found another reproduce able issue, a user with multiple devices when have the call failover on, will start ringing the registered device as well the failover number, this has been there from long time. just reproduced it today, trying to fix it, otherwise logs and issue will up, also other issue with ring

ya definitely a bug, the failover is added on per device basis, meaning if a user has two devices, and while creating endpoint two endpoints are created with both their own failovers and when one of them is not registered the call goes into failover mode, will add logs
